RETURN POLICY

As part of Dermovia's COVID-19 response, beginning January 1, 2021 we are temporarily not accepting any returns or exchanges for any of our products. This includes Lace Your Face, Lace A Peel, and Skin Cycle. All sales are final.

The well-being and health of our customers and employees are our number one priority. We are committed to your safety and working hard to deliver safety to you.

Return Information

Please inspect your order carefully. Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery for credit or exchange. Defective item must be returned with its original packaging and packing slip.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping, please e-mail: orders@dermovia.com or call: 1-949-379-7237 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. You will be provided with complete instructions on returning the product. Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from www.dermovia.com.

Please note that DERMOVIA and its authorized affiliates do not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  1. Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
  2. Products purchased more than 30 days prior.
  3. Packages missing components.
  4. Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
  5. Shipping charges.

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. DERMOVIA does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.

Note: DERMOVIA recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to DERMOVIA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

UNITED STATES (USA) RETURNS

Domestic orders in the USA as well as APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories can be returned within 30 days by contacting us for a free return shipping label.
