SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will ship in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Our preferred method shipping is USPS and UPS Ground for orders being shipped within the continental United States and UPS for all other orders. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Out-of-stock Items
On occasion, we are out of stock on certain items due to demand. Orders with any out of stock items will remain pending until all items are available for shipping, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
UNITED STATES (USA) SHIPPING
We ship domestically with USPS and UPS. For PO Boxes we ship via USPS.
Express delivery guaranteed on orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Time of the current business day. Express orders placed after that or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping for all domestic orders $50+, and International orders $250+, 5-7 business days (estimated)
- 2-Day Express: $10, 2 business days
- Overnight Express: $25, 1 business day

FPO, APO, DPO U.S. TERRITORIES SHIPPING
Shipments to FPO, APO, DPO and U.S. Territories will be delivered via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to FPO, APO, DPO destinations may take up to 21 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped through UPS.

- Standard: $20, 5-10 business days
- Economy: $55, 3-5 business days
- Express: $65, 2-3 business days
All Other International UPS Rates*
- Standard: $35, 7-10 business days
- Express: $75, 2-3 business days

CUSTOMS AND EXCEPTIONS
All international orders placed through UPS may require a signature upon receipt.
Shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariffs, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable taxes or value limit in order to clear customs.
Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received.
We are not responsible for refunds if:
- Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes.
- Packages are not picked up by the recipient at the local holding facility.
- Packages cannot clear customs because of restrictions.
- Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address.
